Flying Anvil Theatre: Love, Loss, and What I Wore

  • June 23, 2021 — June 27, 2021

Category: Fundraisers and Theatre

We hope you’re as excited as we are to dress up, enjoy a cocktail, and see our first *in-person* show for 2021 at Flying Anvil Theatre! On June 23-27, join us for Love, Loss, and What I Wore, a performance featuring Carol Mayo Jenkins, Laura Beth Wells, Nancy Duckles, Eileen Conway and our very own Jayne Morgan! This show is a fundraiser, and will help us recover some of the loss we experienced due to the Covid-19* pandemic.

We are also excited to announce that Flying Anvil has partnered with Positively Living & Choice Health Network, East Tennessee’s premier public health nonprofit headquartered right here in Knoxville, to be joint beneficiaries of the proceeds from this show.

Love, Loss, and What I Wore is written by Nora and Delia Ephron based on the book by Ilene Beckerman. It is organized as a series of monologues about women's relationships and wardrobes, and the intersection of the two. Tickets for this special benefit are available NOW at www.flyinganviltheatre.com/tickets. Don't miss your chance to see these local stars live on stage, and show your support for two worthy and like minded organizations!

Tickets for this special joint fundraising event start at $50.

For more information about Positively Living & Choice Health Network, email Jess Langer at Jess@ChoiceHealthNetwork.org.

* For this show, Flying Anvil Theatre will be selling a reduced number of tickets to space out seating, utilizing enhanced cleaning procedures, and following CDC recommendations. Masks are required when not eating or drinking.

June 23-26 @ 7:30pm
June 27 @ 2:00pm
