Kumi Alderman, Executive Director of the Asian Culture Center of TN, has been a real estate investor and making the Knoxville community a better place to live. Kumi also has a passion to teach Japanese cooking. She has been teaching how to make sushi and a kids summer Japanese cooking class at the University of Tennessee for five years.
