Join Centro Hispano on zoom for the next installment of our hit virtual cooking class, La Cocina de Centro! We're making Peruvian dishes!
It's time for another edition of our world-famous cooking class, La Cocina de Centro! Join us virtually on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 5:30 p.m. as our friends Lucia and Tom team up with Claudia to walk us through a traditional Peruvian dish, Arroz con Mariscos a la Chiclayana, and some tasty takes on their favorite Peruvian cocktails.
