Join us for the COVID Relief Virtual Fundraiser organized by University of Tennessee Culinary & Catering, benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley.

UT Culinary and the Smoky Mountain chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) have organized a COVID Relief Virtual Culinary Fundraiser to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley and support culinary scholarships for young culinarians in our area. Two of our YouthForce Club members will serve as sous chefs for this event! The event includes more than 45 minutes of professional culinary video instruction, detailed recipes, food safety tips, cooking equipment lists, and all of the needed food products (four portions per registration) to successfully create your own masterpiece in the safety of your own kitchen. FOOD PRODUCT PICK-UP DATE: February 16, 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., at the UT Conference Center (600 Henley Street, downtown Knoxville)
